El Rana Exhibition
This exhibition displays one of a kind pieces in different formats, using the most eclectic media, Desecrated objects that show a new soul, dressed with religious images, icons of the popular Mexican tradition or traditional tattoo, This is the world of simone El Rana, an Italian artist who has become famous arund the world for his amazing Ex voto (objects, usually hearts, offered to a deity, very popular in the Christian Religion).
The Italian artist let his creativity, linked to tattoo and its parallel worlds, explode in a collection in constant evolution, dedicated to curious associations between objects of daily use and surreal visions of art. So his objects started to appear in the variious exhibits that El Rana presented in galleries and conventions all around the world; wooden boxes, decorated frames, skateboards and guitars, combined with the typical icons of traditional tattoo (the sacred heart, the razor,etc. . .) and antique objects that are used as splendid frames for these pieces. There is an entire world to discover, searching for new visions with a door that opens up on parallel unerverses between art and reality,
